How long will the shipping take?
All our orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

1. Gift Card Purchase & Transfer
- After purchasing, you can transfer this gift card to anyone you wish to gift it to.
- The recipient can redeem the gift card for a set of custom handmade press-on nails at no additional cost (unless the customization exceeds the gift card value).
2. Redemption Process
- The recipient can redeem the gift card by emailing us directly.
- The email must include the following details:
- The gift card redemption code or order number.
- The desired nail design (a reference photo can be attached).
- Finger sizes for precise customization.
- The preferred nail shape (e.g., square, oval, coffin, almond, etc.).
- The desired nail length (short, medium, long, extra long).
3. Gift Card Usage
- The gift card can only be used for Promake’s custom handmade press-on nails and cannot be redeemed for other products or cash.
- If the custom design exceeds the gift card value, the recipient will need to pay the price difference.
- The gift card can be used all at once or in multiple transactions, but the remaining balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
4. Customization & Production Time
- Custom designs will be confirmed with our team before production begins.
- The production time is generally 3 business days (actual time may vary).
5. Customer Support
- To redeem your gift card, please send an email to Service@promakepro.com, and we will respond within 1 business day to confirm your customization details.
