This is a fully custom order.
All nail size, length, shape, and design are handcrafted strictly based on your final confirmed request.
2. Length & Sizing
Each nail is individually sculpted by hand.
Slight variations between nails are a natural part of true handmade artistry
and do not indicate a quality issue.
3. Wearing Experience
If the nails feel longer, shorter, wider, or narrower after wearing,
this reflects personal preference changes rather than a production error.
4. Design Confirmation & Production
Once design photos or videos are approved and production begins,
the set cannot be remade, exchanged, or refunded due to preference changes.
5. Revisions & Remakes
Any additional modifications or remakes may require extra fees
and will be scheduled as a new order.
